The data controller is Aqorvexa S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71234567-8, with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 880, Floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We comply with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and related regulations.
We collect identification data (first and last name, email, phone), browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) and, where applicable, financial and identity verification (KYC) data required by regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF).
Your data is used to: (i) manage your newsletter subscription and investment opportunities; (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (iii) improve the Site experience through analytics; (iv) prevent fraud and protect the security of the platform.
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of a contractual relationship with Aqorvexa, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating the platform securely.
We may share your data with service providers (hosting, KYC, payments, analytics) acting as data processors, as well as with competent authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers are located outside Argentina. In such cases we require standard contractual clauses and adequate safeguards under AAIP Provision 60-E/2016.
